Return & Refund Policy

1.How do I make a return? 

  • Please go to your Doublewin Wholesale account to open dispute.

  • Find the relevant order in "My Orders" and click on the "Open dispute" button. 

  • Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. Depending on the reason you selected, you need to provide further information related to the order. After you provide the required information, click the "Submit" button to proceed.

  • In the case if you need to return your item(s), you will need to request it in the dispute description and wait our aftersales team to provide return address to you. After that, you can start to return the item(s). We accept returns of regular items, you have 7 days after delivery the items to decide if they are necessary. 
    In the case if we can return to you directly without returning your items, you will receive your refund as credits directly in your Doublewin Wholesale account.
  • Please place all returned items into one package, the original barcode for each item should also be included. Please use transparent bags to individually package items without barcodes before placing them in the return package.
  • After the warehouse receives the items and they pass quality inspection, the refund will be issued. If you do not receive the refund afterwards, please contact us for further assistance.
  • After placing all the return items in one package, send your package back from the nearest local logistic company and you're done!
  • You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through our Email or Dispute details

 

2.Return process
  • Log in to Doublewin Wholesale.
  • Select an order.
  • Log in to Doublewin wholesale.
  • You get your refund or start to return your items.
  • Review the return instrustions and ship the package.
  • Doublewin Wholesale receives and inspects the package.
  • Your refunds will be proceed.

3. Is the return shipping free? 

 

The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.

 

4.Return conditions

 

  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.
  • You must choose a shipping method with a package shipping tracking number for return, and we do not accept freight collect.

Verify your return packages before shipping, we are not responsible for any loss of return merchandise. Once we have received your returned package, we will begin to process the refund to your Doublewin Wholesale account. If you need to refund in your original payment, please specify in the dispute message.

 

5.Refunds notes 

 

  • For refunds of the returned items, we will process your refunds after we receive the items and they pass quality inspection.
  • Please note that if the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or was damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.
  • Refunds of missing items: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select "lack of items" to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for help
  • Refunds of a package showing as delivered but not received: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select "Not received the package" to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for help.
  • Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

 

6.Refund time

 

  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is not refundable if your return is not a result of Doublewin Wholesale's fault.
  • As Refunds to Doublewin Wholesale credits are faster than your original payment method, we will refund you as credits firstly, otherwise you can request in your dispute message in which you prefer to refund to the original paymente method.
  • Credits have no expiration date.
  • The refunds to Doublewin Wholesale credits cannot be reversed once the refunds are processed.
  • Doublewin Wholesale credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on Doublewin Wholesale.

7.How Cancel Order and Refund

 

  • Contact us [email protected]. within 6 hours of placing an order and you can cancel it for free.
  • Contact us to cancel within 6-72 hours of placing an order, will charge 15% of the order amount as service fee, since we spent a lot time to prepare you order.

NOTE: Please contact us to cancel your order before it is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after shipped or 3 days after the order was placed.
